IF THERE IS A POWER CUT:
1) Behind the front door:

Check that the three switches on the electrical panel are all up. If one is down, turn it up.
2) Basements (go down 4 flights of stairs) :
2a) Left door: Enel ‘TURCI’ meter. If it is down, turn it back up.
2a) Left door: Enel ‘TURCI’ meter. If it is down, turn it back up.
2b) Right door: series of switches (black and one blue) : they must all be turned up.
