Breakfast, eat and drink

Hello dear guest,
I would like to give you a few suggestions if you're looking for a place to eat or drink, try a piadina, or simply enjoy breakfast near the apartment.

BREAKFAST

For breakfast, I recommend a couple of places:

GUSTOFINO: great for breakfast and aperitifs, very close to the apartment. 300 meters on foot
PARTENOPE CAFÉ: excellent pastries, including Neapolitan and Sicilian varieties. In the city center

PIZZA

Here are a few pizzerias I like:

QBIO: probably the closest, good quality but not cheap, near the center and train station. 1 km
PIZZERIA DEL CORSO: nearby, good and affordable. 1 km
CANARIO: excellent pizza, but also serves meat and fish. 3 km
MARì: expensive but a location super cultural and beautiful in the principal square of Forlì, pizza super gourmet. 1 km

PIADINA ROMAGNOLA

The piadina is a typical product of this region. It's not bread, and it's not pita.
I suggest trying a piadina with squacquerone cheese, prosciutto crudo, and arugula, or a crescione with tomato and mozzarella.

NINO PLUS: my favorite piadina, close to home, the location isn’t great (on the Via Emilia). 1.4 km
PIADA DEL PARCO: stunning location, inside the Forlì urban park, beautiful sunsets, rabbits, and lots of greenery. Slightly long waits. 1.8 km

TRADITIONAL ROMAGNA CUISINE

If you want to eat like a local, try what we call "minestre" (pasta) : cappelletti (not tortellini please), tagliatelle, strozzapreti.
Also typical: rabbit, grilled lamb (castrato), and cured meats.
For dessert: mascarpone cream and zuppa inglese.

AMOROSINA: in the city center, a youthful spot, a bit crowded, but the food is top-notch. 1.9 km
OSTERIA SALUME': cozy, quiet, few dishes but masterfully prepared, excellent wines. In the center. 2 km
AMOROSA: less youthful but possibly even better food. 4 km
OSTERIA DEL MERCATO: typical place, vibrant area, Romagna cuisine and excellent meat. 2 km
CANARIO: also listed under pizza, but very good meat and fish too. 3 km
CA DE BE': in Bertinoro. On the hills, sea view, stunning medieval village. 12 km
OSTERIA LA CAMPANARA: if you're up for a drive through the Romagna hills, exceptional place for food, wine, ambiance, and scenery. 35 minutes by car

MEAT LOVERS

Here are places, including traditional ones, where you can enjoy excellent meat:AMOROSINA:  in  the  city  center,   a  youthful  spot,   a  bit  crowded,   but  the  food  is  top-notch.  1.9  km

FISH

Some options nearby and by the sea:

OSTERIA SALUME': as above, few dishes, perfectly executed, excellent wines. In the center. 2 km
CANARIO: good fish dishes in addition to pizza and meat. 3 km
SARDINERIA in Cesena: small venue in Cesena’s center. Excellent, fresh fish and great wines. 20km

OSTERIA BARTOLINI  in CESENATICO:Always fresh fish, expertly cooked, located on the charming canal harbor of Cesenatico. Romantic and captivating in every season. No reservations – just go and wait to be seated. 40 minutes by car.
